Shipping policy

Shipping is included for the contiguous 48 United States and Washington DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or international destinations.

Every mat is printed to order. Allow up to 10 business days for production and dispatch after artwork approval and readiness for printing, followed by an estimated 15–25 business days for Economy transit. Artwork review is additional. If we need clarification or a replacement file, production starts after that is resolved. This is not a rush delivery service.

Tracking is provided after shipment when available. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Multi-item orders may ship separately.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated period, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If your package is missing or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. Please check your shipping address before ordering.
